Submit a Proposal

Proposal submission is now closed. Thank you to all those who have submitted a proposal for the 2010 National Title I Conference.

Selection Notification and Scheduling
All individuals who submitted a proposal by the deadline of July 6 will be notified by August 15 of acceptance status. All notifications and communications concerning proposals occur via email and come from: titlei@aplusevents.com.

Selected sessions will be scheduled throughout the day on Thursday, January 21, Friday, January 22, or Saturday, January 23, 2010; presenters must be willing to present at the date and time assigned. Scheduling assignments will be emailed by September 15, 2009, and will include the date, time, room name and size.

Registration
All confirmed presenters must register for the Conference. A complimentary one-day registration ($299 value) is offered per presentation. Presenters may choose to upgrade to a full Conference registration by paying the difference between the one-day and full Conference rates.

Materials
Handouts are required for all session types except Major Thinkers. Handouts augment the audience experience; sessions that fail to provide handouts are routinely evaluated lower by attendees. Instructions for submitting handout and PowerPoint presentations will be provided in the scheduling email for selected presenters.
